complete part of the course online and attend in-person sessions for hands-on activities,
creating a flexible and interactive learning experience.
Trainees engage in online modules, covering the theory module of the course at
their own pace. In-person sessions are then scheduled for practical application,
reinforcement of concepts, and skills demonstration.

combines the convenience of online learning with the hands-on experience of in-person
sessions, offering a well-rounded educational approach.
Prerequisites vary depending on the course. Check the specific course details on
our website for any requirements or recommendations.
Yes, trainees can typically complete the online modules at their own pace within
a specified timeframe. This flexibility accommodates various learning preferences and

face session.
In-person sessions focus on hands-on activities, practical application of
knowledge, and skills demonstration. These sessions complement the online learning
experience.
Our blended courses may include opportunities for online interaction with
instructors, such as discussion forums or built in message-your-instructor function. Check
the course details for specifics.
Yes, technical support is often available to assist trainees with any issues related
to the online learning platform. Contact our support team at [email protected] for
assistance if you require any support.
Yes, we offer blended training options for organizations and businesses. Contact
us for customized training solutions and pricing.
Certifications are typically issued after successful completion of both the online
and in-person components.
Trainees need internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to
complete the online modules.
You will not be able to attend the face-to-face component if you have not
completed your online learning. Instead, you will be rescheduled to another class.
The online learning requires time to be completed. Therefore, we will not allow
trainees to do the online learning during the face-to-face component. We also require our
system to indicate that the online learning is completed at a 100%, for audit purposes.

Attended the Standard First Aid course and my class trainer is Raymond. I agree with others that he gives negative vibes and condescending towards his students. Very low EQ and impatient trainer. He needs to learn that students pay fees to learn things, not to be put down and humiliated. We are all adult, there is no need for him to resort to shouting in class when we don't get things right. Good luck if you get him in your class.Posted on Google Judy ChuaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ambulance services today !
