Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) & AED
This course is accredited by SRFAC and aims to provide participants with knowledge & techniques to recognise and mitigate cardiac arrest in adults. Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded with a certificate valid for two years.
The CPR+AED Course is a complete course that simplifies the process for the layperson to learn correct CPR techniques while effectively applying the AED (Automated External Defibrillator), a device which can shock a dying heart rhythm learning back to life.
Course participants will be trained in identifying and managing the following
- Recognizing & managing heart attack
- Understanding the Chain of Survival
- Performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Use of Automated External Defibrillator
