CPR + AED Course FAQs

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a life-saving technique that helps
maintain blood flow and oxygenation in someone experiencing cardiac arrest. Learning
CPR increases the chances of saving a life during emergencies.

CPR and AED training is recommended for anyone, including individuals,
professionals, and community groups. Being trained can make a significant difference in
responding to cardiac emergencies.

Certification should typically be renewed every two years to ensure that

maintain proficiency in life-saving skills.

Our courses cover essential topics such as recognizing cardiac arrest,
performing chest compressions, and using an AED. The training includes hands-on
practice to enhance your confidence and skills.

Absolutely! Our courses are designed for individuals with varying levels of
medical knowledge. Whether you’re a healthcare professional or a layperson, our
training is accessible and beneficial for everyone.

Generally, there are no age restrictions for CPR and AED training. However,
trainees should have the physical ability to perform chest compressions. Parental

Had a great experience learning under Instructor Agnes. Very patient and taught the concepts well. I feel that it's good to promote understanding more than just rote memorisation, which she was able to deliver on.

Attended the Standard First Aid course and my class trainer is Raymond. I agree with others that he gives negative vibes and condescending towards his students. Very low EQ and impatient trainer. He needs to learn that students pay fees to learn things, not to be put down and humiliated. We are all adult, there is no need for him to resort to shouting in class when we don't get things right. Good luck if you get him in your class.
